Loft Youth Project / Loft Trading Loft Trading is wholly owned trading subsidiary of The Loft Youth Project which operates Craighursts a café/restaurant which aims to provide work and training opportunities for young people and a ‘Cook School’ which is currently being developed. Any future profits will be donated back to the Loft Youth Project which itself earns income through hall rentals and service level agreements / contracts with Public Bodies and organisations such as Project Scotland.
