Moray Social Enterprise Network is a member organisation. We operate for and are governed by our members. We collectively support established and emerging social enterprises in Moray as well as raising awareness of the added value that social enterprise brings.
Moray has a rich and diverse range of enterprises which include: youth initiatives, a variety of recycling organisations, childcare provision, the arts, education, theatre, sport, health, credit unions, carer organisations, sustainable development, renewable energy, affordable rural housing, catering, textiles and tourism.
Social enterprise in Moray is a dynamic sector determined to improve quality of life for the people of Moray, by prioritising social and environmental outcomes and providing sustainable enterprises that offer innovative and inclusive opportunities.
MSEN looks forward to delivering tangible outcomes across a range of ambitious plans for all our members; to grow new enterprises, make a real contribution to revitalising, energising and diversifying the Moray economy and include as many folk as possible in the opportunities created.
MSEN is delighted to announce that as from October 2011, two people were funded through HIE and Scottish Government and appointed to job-share the post of MSEN Development Manager.
