Coaching Programme

MSEN have been trying to get a coaching programme going on Moray for a while as there has been feedback from people who say that they feel quite isolated in what they do and that they would really welcome the opportunity and space to be able to reflect on their work and maybe discuss current challenges and issues.  Therefore we will work with the Social Enterprise Academy to offer individuals four free coaching sessions with your own coach. The attached papers give some more information on the structure.

Moray one-to-one coaching

Code of ethics

There are only 16 coaching places available so get back soon if you are keen. If the numbers are less than 16 then there may be the opportunity to have more than 4 sessions.  If you are interested, or if you think this is something that another colleague or director may be interested in please let them know about it and get back to REAP by email.
