Community benefit payments from commercial windfarms in Moray

The Moray Council is seeking expressions of interest from organisations relating to the administration and spend of community benefit payments from commercial windfarms and other renewable energy sources. The organisation would act as a third party liaising between the community and developer; acting as banker and administrator of the fund, where decisions on fund spend are made by the community.
